Q. Who is eligible for this offer?

A. This offer is only open to new first direct Home Insurance customers who switch their home insurance policy to first direct online or by telephone.

Q. How do I claim my cancellation fee refund?

A. To claim back your cancellation fee, you can either fill in the claim form online at www.homeinsuranceoffers.firstdirect.com or alternatively you can post your details to us. If you opt for post please download the online form, fill it in and post it back to us at FREEPOST, first direct Cancellation Fee Refund

Q. When will I get my payment?

A. Please allow 14 days of a valid claim being submitted to receive your payment. If you have any questions please call the number below.

Q. When do I need to claim by?

A. Claims need to be made within 90 days of your first direct Home Insurance start date. Any claims received after this date will not be valid.

Q. How much could I receive?

A. You can claim back the cancellation fee that you have been charged by your previous insurance provider. Should the requested amount not match the amount we understand is normally charged by the provider, you may be required to provide evidence of the cancellation fee paid.
