To claim the cancellation fee refund, a claim must be submitted within 90 days of your first direct Home Insurance start date.
What you'll need to hand when submitting the claim form below
- Your policy number
- Your policyholder name and address
- Sort Code and Account Number for BACS payment.
- Name of previous insurer.
- Total cancellation fee (please note this total does not include any other charges including any outstanding premium paid or additional admin fee).
